WHITE VAN!! ]]

Hooowdy!
Sooo.. this post is about me being afraid of cars passing me and white vans/ vans in general. When i was in grade 3 i was walking home from brownies, which is girl scouts. I was 2 houses away from mine and a car was coming down the street. It was playing music really loud and going super fast. I was young and i got scared of that so i started to walk a bit in the ditch. The car was coming up to me fast, and it swirved in and tried to hit me, i dove into the ditch. I was really scared, the car kept on going. I don't know why i thought about doing this, but I did, i turned around and i memorized the license plate number and when i got home i wrote it down and my dad and me went to the police station. Ever since then i walk really close to the ditch when cars past me because i think it is going to happen again. Also i have always been scared of vans and especially white vans. I always think they are going to open their doors and grab me. When i was younger my friend would tell me stories about that happening to her friend and ever since then i hit the ditch when a van passes!!!

\\rest in peace ♥

This post is another story about my life, and how my life has changed because of it. Recently, in January, my Gigi (grandpa, dads dad) past away. He was one tough guy. He never complained about any of the pain. My Gigi was someone you could count on and depend on. He could do anything he wanted to if he just set his mind to it. I remember as a kid he would take me, my sister, and my cousins all to the store and he would let us ride in the back of his truck. We would go in, and he would say get whatever you like and just put it all on my tab. My grandpa lived in a small town, everyone knew him and my cousins and I thought it was so cool because we felt famous walking/driving around town with him. There are many memories I remember about my Gigi and I will remember and cherish them forever. Even though i miss him a lot, he is in a better place now, and doesn't have to deal with the pain anymore. I admire my Gigi a lot because he did a lot for not only himself but others. I love you ♥ [r i p] - taylor

[i can] < SEE > /dead . people\ !

Hi ,

Since I am done talking about my migraines, I am going to talk about another event that has changed my life. And this event is seeing ghosts. When I was about 10 years old I was in my room trying to go to sleep. I couldn't sleep so i just sat up and sat on the end of my bed staring at the wall into my closet. My closet door was open, and i was staring into it because i could not sleep. All of a sudden i start to see 2 images appear in my closet. They were about the size of a barbie. They were moving their mouths and talking but I could not hear what they were saying. One looked like my Grandma Mary who had recently passed away. She was wearing a long dress with an apron. The other looked like my Gigi Chapko who also passed away. He was wearing suspenders and big rubber boots. They were talking to each other and pointing at me. Even though i recognized them and knew it was my family members I was still scared to see ghosts. So i screamed for my mom at the top of my lungs. My mom ran down the hall and turned on the hall light. As soon as she turned on the hall light they disappeared. I could not believe what i saw and to this day I don't think anyone believes me but I know what I saw and I saw ghosts, well as I like to believe they were my guardian angels watching over me and making sure I was safe. This changed my life because I now believe in ghosts and an after life, and i know that I will always have someone watching over me wherever I am.

I find ghosts very interesting and i love watching documentaries on them. It is very fascinating learning about other peoples experiences and how some are very bad like having a haunted house, but others are good like having guardian angels.

| continued;; chinese/homeopathic !

Hellloooo,

Today i am going to be writing about the homeopathic and Chinese medicine. I will not be writing about the natural path and the neurologist. So this will be my last post about my migraines, and then i will move onto another event that has changed my life.

Going to see the homeopathic doctor wasn't very interesting. All she did was try to figure out what was wrong in my body by eliminating some foods. She also took 4 tubes of blood and had to send them off to a lab. The blood test was so they could determine if i was allergic to any foods and my allergic reaction was getting headaches. It turned out that I was not allergic to anything only cow's milk a bit so I have to try and stay away from it. Also, she gave me a list of trigger foods. Trigger foods are foods call triglycerides that could trigger my migraine. Some of the foods that i could not eat included: orange cheese, yeast, tomatoes, cocoa, chocolate, peanuts, etc. I tried to eliminate these foods. It started to work but then after a couple of weeks it stopped working. It is very hard to take away some of those foods because they are usually in your everyday meal.

Chinese medicine was something different. I went to an eastern healing centre and i tried multiple things. I got deep tissue massage on my neck, acupuncture, and i tried multiple different herb pills. The deep tissue massage did not help my neck so we eventually stopped after awhile. I have tried acupuncture before but we thought it might of been different at the eastern healing centre, but it turned out that it was no different that so we stopped doing that too. They made me drink small bottles of snake bile which is liver juice of a snake. Now that was disgusting! That did not help either so i stopped. They also gave me other pills that were made out of different kinds of herbs, those did not work either so i eventually just stopped going there. My family has tried everything for my migraines and nothing has worked so far. It gets very frustrating but we are hoping that i just grow out of them.
